Supposing that the items you order are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 12-48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the next business day. Due to our unique product selection, your order probably ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipping confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you could contact us via email or telephone.

Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from Supremeclimax.com. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Shipping Progress

We will ensure that the products are delivered in a timely manner to our customers with great care and good conditions. When the items are available at the local warehouse, they will be sent out from the local warehouse; if not, we will ship them from other overseas warehouse. When they’re out of stock, we will inform you quickly. You will have the opportunity to select another item or that part of your order will be canceled and refunded.

Orders will be delivered in two ways: 

  1. Items shipped from the local warehouse requires 3-7 days.
  1. Items shipped from other overseas warehouse usually takes 10-15 days.

*Transit times are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from when your order is placed.

* Estimated time is based on the delivery time of most orders. Actual processing and transportation time may be shorter or longer, depending on the customs clearance speed and local delivery speed.

* Some remote areas or military bases that cannot be distributed normally will be refunded after verification.

Discreet Packaging--We respect your privacy. We always use discreet packaging with no reference to our website. Your package will have no reference to its contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes, opaque pad pak or standard issued packaging from our respective carriers. The joy of your new purchase(s) should be for you and your partner only.
